Prof. Dr. Ayşenur Meriç Hafız is an ENT and head and neck surgeon with clinical, academic and research experience. She completed her specialty training in 2003, worked as a research fellow at the Cleveland Clinic Head & Neck Cancer Institute in the United States, and held academic posts at the Bezmialem and Koç University faculties of medicine.

Since 2022 she has seen patients at her private practice in Beşiktaş.
