Which data is processed, and why

When you fill in the contact form, your name, phone number, email address (optional), message and the consent you give are processed only to respond to your appointment request. You are asked not to share medical details through the form; these are discussed at your visit.

When you reach us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, your number or address and the information you share are likewise used only to answer your request. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms and is subject to its own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Netlify. For every page request, your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and browser details are kept in Netlify’s server logs for a limited period, to run the site securely and to diagnose errors.

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the site is used, and only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie preferences. In that case the pages viewed, clicks on the WhatsApp button, the page language, device and browser details and an approximate location derived from your IP address are processed by Google LLC. No data is collected for advertising.

The map on the contact page loads from Google Maps only after you press “Load map”; from that point connection data such as your IP address is shared with Google. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies until you allow them. The cookies and storage entries in use are:

  • _ga (Google Analytics, only if you accept): a random identifier to distinguish visitors; 2 years.
  • _ga_PXGNPD7K96 (Google Analytics, only if you accept): session information; 2 years.
  • consent-analytics (browser local storage): your cookie choice (accept/decline); until you clear it.
  • map-consent (browser local storage): your choice to load the map; until you clear it.

Legal basis

Your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Form and contact data rest on the necessity of handling your request and on the explicit consent you give in the form; analytics and map data rest on the explicit consent you give on the site; server logs rest on the legitimate interest in running the site securely.

You can withdraw your consent for analytics and the map at any time: choosing “Decline” via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer deletes the analytics cookies and stops any further data being sent.

Recipients and transfers abroad

Form submissions are delivered to the practice’s email address through Netlify, Inc. (USA), which also keeps the server logs. Analytics data and map connection data are processed, only with your consent, by Google LLC (USA). Because the practice’s email address is hosted by Google’s email service, form messages are received through that service.

These providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Form and contact data is kept until your request has been handled and for as long as legal obligations require; form records on Netlify are kept until the practice deletes them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the Google Analytics account, and cookies for the periods listed above.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, and to request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data. Send requests to the email address above.

Changes

This notice is updated when the services used on the site change; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
